Earn a Badge!

Those who attend the full training will earn their Customer Service Academy Badge! What is a Badge? A badge is an indicator of accomplishment or skill that can be displayed, accessed and verified online.

We want to recognize our learner’s accomplishments and also allow others to recognize their accomplishment. The trainee goes through many hours of training and this badge allows them to have an additional credential to show for it. We want the trainee to be able to share their learning outside of their organization as well (i.e. on their LinkedIn page).

“People enjoy, fundamentally, interacting with other people”, says Elon Musk.

“Though many employers base hiring decisions at least partially on the institutions and employers listed on a candidate’s résumé, others feel those points are irrelevant. Instead, they value traits like self-awareness, adaptability, ability to multitask, and a power to inspire others. ”
