Tulare County ranks as the #1 largest agricultural producing county in the entire nation. Agriculture is the largest private employer in the county with farm employment accounting for nearly a quarter of all jobs. Processing, manufacturing, and service to the agriculture industry provides many other related jobs. Six of the top fifteen employers in the county are food handling or processing companies, which includes fruit packing houses and dairy processing plants. 1 in every 5 jobs in the San Joaquin Valley is directly related to agriculture.

Please contact us with any questions you may have or to help you design workshops that will provide your employees with relevant Food Safety information for your business.
