This course is designed for seasoned managers who want to gain new insights and inspiration to take them beyond being just “a boss” and enable them to leave their mark as a great Leader. This academy is primarily for those in management positions who want to elevate their performance and take their skills to the next level. However, it would also be beneficial for high potential leads and new managers who are ready to focus on building their leadership skills. Leadership Essentials
This class will help prepare new and emerging leaders to succeed by defining the roles, functions and responsibilities of great leaders. Learn how to delegate effectively, coach your employees and manage change in your organization.
Managing Personalities
We each have an array of personality qualities captured in our own unique color spectrum. Uncover your personality traits and the team you manage so that you can foster an environment of understanding and collaboration.
Employee Engagement
Learn the difference between engaged, disengaged, and actively disengaged employees and how they impact the workplace. Learn ways to engage employees as well as strategies to implement to help keep employees engaged. Learn how to re-engage disengaged employees.
Emotional Intelligence
This workshop will reveal the competencies of EQ and guide you through specific activities to increase your proficiency in each competency. Topics include better work environment, happier and more loyal employees and customers, stronger bottom line, good people / relationship skills, and increased fulfillment and success in life.
Generational Diversity
With several generations in the workplace, it’s more important than ever to understand how to work across generations successfully. This training will help participants to better understand the generational personality of each group and gain knowledge on how to work productively as a team.
Integrity & Ethics
Ethical behavior affects what happens in the workplace. This training provides the opportunity to evaluate ethical behavior and what’s appropriate and what’s not. A 3-step method is introduced to help participants in recognizing ethical behavior.
Authentic Leadership
This training is designed to help leaders recognize their own strengths and learn how to invest in the strengths of those they lead. Participants will learn what followers look for in a leader and will focus on the importance of authenticity.
