Prior to becoming an instructor and gaining his master’s degree, Travis worked as an Automation Specialist for Allied Electric and assisted with technical sales and support of Rockwell Automation products.

Nicole is a graduate of San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia with a Certification in Human Resource Administration. She has spent the last 15 years working in different aspects of the skilled nursing industry including Human Resources Consulting, Payroll/Accounts Payables, and Marketing and Business Development. Her key growth positions have included President of HR Services for Fusion Conflict Strategies, a company she and her two partners started in 2022. She also spent several years as a Regional Marketing Director and then eventually VP of Marketing, overseeing 17 facilities across several states while helping to create a solid income stream through genuine community relationships and purpose-driven communication with the employees under her direction. Most recently Nicole has been invested in furthering her knowledge and skills through the completion of an Administrator in Training Program and was officially Licensed in the state of CA as a Nursing Home Administrator in 2022.
Nicole has spent the bulk of her life in California’s Central Valley, growing up in Exeter and most recently moving to Tulare, California. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, cooking, travel, motorcycle rides, family time, and spending as much time with her 3 year old grandson as possible.
