Start your career in industrial environments with this Spanish-supported* Electrical Systems class – a foundational, hands-on training designed to develop essential industrial electrical skills. This immersive training builds your ability to safely apply, connect, operate, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components used in industrial automation settings. You’ll gain both theoretical understanding and practical skills across a broad range of electrical fundamentals.

This class also prepares you for the SACA C-201 Electrical Systems 1 certification assessment. SACA’s certification credentials are industry-driven and recognized for validating real-world competency in key electrical and smart automation technologies used in today’s advanced manufacturing workplaces.

SACA credentials like C-201 are the start toward additional certifications in automation, control systems, electrical systems, and other Industry roles — helping you build a clear career pathway.

Course Outline:

  1. Apply electrical system safety
  2. Connect and operate basic electrical circuits
  3. Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
  4. Use a digital multimeter (DMM) to make electrical measurements
  5. Analyze basic circuits
  6. Test and replace/reset fuses and circuit breakers
  7. Connect and operate basic reactive components
  8. Analyze basic combination circuits
  9. Troubleshoot basic series and parallel electrical circuits
*This training is delivered in English and uses the SACA curriculum. Spanish-speaking participants will benefit from bilingual instructor support, including Spanish explanations of key concepts, terminology clarification, and opportunities to ask questions in Spanish.
Ideal for companies with employees who are comfortable working in English but may benefit from occasional Spanish clarification of technical concepts. SACA certification is available for those who are comfortable taking the test in English. The SACA certification is optional.
