Kids Beginning Sewing

Do your kids wants to learn how to sew? Do you want to instill a valuable skill in them? Enroll in this 2 day Summer sewing class! In this class your child will learn the basics of running a sewing machine. They will also make 3 simple projects to take home. How proud your kids will be when they say, “I made it myself!”

Juanita Cairns and Brenda Steffen will be teaching this class. They both have many years experience and teach in the COS Fashion Department.

Are there any supplies needed?

All sewing supplies will be supplied for use during the class.

Who is eligible to enroll?

Children ages 8-13

 

This is a not-for-credit course.
As such, you will not earn units and the class will not be reflected on your banner schedule or on transcripts. As a not-for-credit course, Financial Aid cannot be used to pay for or offset the costs of this course.
