TAKE YOUR LEADERSHIP TO THE NEXT LEVEL!
Not every great leader is born. Great leaders are made. This course is designed for seasoned managers who want to gain new insights and inspiration to take them beyond being just “a boss” and enable them to leave their mark as a great Leader. This academy is primarily for those in management positions who want to elevate their performance and take their skills to the next level. However, it would also be beneficial for high potential leads and new managers who are ready to focus on building their leadership skills. Learn how to influence others and be the leader your employees trust, admire and want to follow.
Learn the difference between engaged, disengaged, and actively disengaged employees and how they impact the workplace. Learn ways to engage employees as well as strategies to implement to help keep employees engaged. Learn how to re-engage disengaged employees.
This class will help prepare new and emerging leaders to succeed by defining the roles, functions and responsibilities of great leaders. Learn how to delegate effectively, coach your employees and manage change in your organization.
Integrity & Ethics
Ethical behavior affects what happens in the workplace. This training provides the opportunity to evaluate ethical behavior and what’s appropriate and what’s not. A 3-step method is introduced to help participants in recognizing ethical behavior.
We each have an array of personality qualities captured in our own unique color spectrum. Uncover your personality traits and the team you manage so that you can foster an environment of understanding and collaboration.
Diversity & Inclusion
It is critical as a leader to learn how to create work environments where all feel included, supported, and valued – regardless of differences (e.g., ability, age, ethnic background, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc). It starts with learning about stereotypes and biases, how they develop, and the reasons for our own perspectives and behavior that can devalue others who are different from us. This module will go into depth on understanding differences in age, ability, and culture, and how these differences can work together for a stronger and more cohesive team.
This workshop will reveal the competencies of EQ and guide you through specific activities to increase your proficiency in each competency. Topics include better work environment, happier and more loyal employees and customers, stronger bottom line, good people / relationship skills, and increased fulfillment and success in life.
This training is designed to help leaders recognize their own strengths and learn how to invest in the strengths of those they lead. Participants will learn what followers look for in a leader and will focus on the importance of authenticity.
