Learn the difference between engaged, disengaged, and actively disengaged employees and how they impact the workplace. Learn ways to engage employees as well as strategies to implement to help keep employees engaged. Learn how to re-engage disengaged employees.

Upon successful completion of the session, trainees will be able to verbally or in writing:
- Differentiate among engaged, disengaged, and highly disengaged employees.
- Examine the key strategies that can engage employees in the workplace.
- Identify the behavior of disengaged employees.
- Demonstrate how to show employees they are valued on a team.
- Select techniques that will show employees that they are listened to and their opinion matters.
Leadership Essentials
This class will help prepare new and emerging leaders to succeed by defining the roles, functions and responsibilities of great leaders. Learn how to delegate effectively, coach your employees and manage change in your organization.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of the session, trainees will be able to verbally or in writing:
- Assess the various characteristics of a good leader.
- Compare and contrast the roles, functions, and responsibilities of a leader.
- Analyze various elements that contribute to professionalism in the workplace.
- Differentiate between the tools needed as a leader to coach and mentor employees.
- Examine the stages of change in order to identify the tools necessary to lead people through the resistance stage of change.
Integrity & Ethics
Ethical behavior affects what happens in the workplace. This training provides the opportunity to evaluate ethical behavior and what’s appropriate and what’s not. A 3-step method is introduced to help participants in recognizing ethical behavior.

Upon successful completion of the session, trainees will be able to verbally or in writing:
- Examine values and how they influence our actions.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how his/her own values will affect the carrying out the required duties.
- Test the three-step checklist to evaluate his/her ethical behavior.
- Evaluate where his/her values come from.
- Examine why people participate in unethical behavior.
Managing Personalities
We each have an array of personality qualities captured in our own unique color spectrum. Uncover your personality traits and the team you manage so that you can foster an environment of understanding and collaboration.

Upon successful completion of the session, trainees will be able to verbally or in writing:
- List and Identify the four temperaments in human behavior.
- Understand the two basic interaction styles of introversion and extroversion.
- Understand the core values and stressors for each temperament.
- Understand strengths of each temperament being to a work team.
- Identify the core needs of each temperament.
Generational Diversity
With several generations in the workplace, it’s more important than ever to understand how to work across generations successfully. This training will help participants to better understand the generational personality of each group and gain knowledge on how to work productively as a team.

This workshop will reveal the competencies of EQ and guide you through specific activities to increase your proficiency in each competency. - Develop a complex emotional vocabulary to describe emotions with clarity.
- Employ empathetic listening skills.

Authentic Leadership
This training is designed to help leaders recognize their own strengths and learn how to invest in the strengths of those they lead. Participants will learn what followers look for in a leader and will focus on the importance of authenticity.

- Identify the components of authenticity and why it is an essential part of leadership.
